Burney Falls at Burney, Burney, California.

Burney Falls is my favorite waterfall to visit in California. It is not very busy and the hiking trail around the falls is a very enjoyable, even for my 2 year old daughter. It does get a little crowded during holidays, but is fairly quiet every other time of the year. If you make the trip here, there are also many other natural attractions that are less than an hour away, such as Mount Shasta and Lassen Volcanic National Park, so you can definitely make a day out of the trip.
